De Amerberg consists of 8 semi-detached/detached owner-occupied homes and an urban villa. This urban villa consists of 7 apartments. The project is part of the impressive wooded area of the Bergkwartier in Amersfoort, which it’s a rich history. A large part of the Bergkwartier is National Protected Cityscape.

Villa Monte consists of 11 residential studios that are intended for young single-person households – starters in the labor market. Villa Monte facilitates a social connection; a cohesive small-scale residential community for 11 households. Everyone is free in their own home, but is also connected through the common use of spaces such as the garden.
