We believe that living environments should not just be physical spaces, but create communities where residents feel at home. We focus on a multidisciplinary approach where ecology, society and buildings come together to create Buildings with Meaning.
An environment where hardware, orgware and software join forces to create an environment that creates sustainable value and promotes the health and happiness of its inhabitants. This is not a vision of the future for us, but a mission that we are already shaping today for a better, affordable and healthier living environment.

Are consumers buying the home they really want, or are they settling for what is offered? Which sites can be built “climate proof”? How green can building be?
These are questions which, according to EarthY Invest, had to be answered in a well-considered and substantiated way in order to arrive at a direction which we, as a family office, can stand behind 100%. The ‘ReThink’ we went through in the past year has led to an impactful redefinition (‘ReDefine’) of how we are going into the future sustainably.
Here we came across the Austrian family business Holz Meissnitzer GmbH, where they have 50 years of experience in sustainable wood construction. This has led to a residential product with solid wood walls, constructed from multiple cross layers of wood connected not by glue but by aluminum nails (Massiv Holz Mauer). Glue-free, circular and recyclable! We turned this into ‘ActNow’: see attached video of the first Meissnitzer Massiv Holz Mauer model home in the Netherlands, realized by EarthY.

Where we can, we build with wood or other biobased materials. This is not only sustainable, but also has a positive impact on our peace of mind and health. EarthY Invest works with local construction partners and suppliers, bringing together craftsmanship and knowledge. This is how we give sustainability social meaning as well.
