8 acres of estate, nature and housing development
The Oude Tempel is an area development in the center of Soesterberg, where EarthY as landowner (8 hectares) is realizing new housing. Phase 1 consists of 85 housing units for the Amvest Living & Care Fund (in cooperation with NERA Realty). Operation of these homes began in the summer of 2024. These (care) homes consist of a combination of independent homes for residents with light care needs, to apartments for people with dementia (rented through The Guest House). In addition to the residences, several common facilities are available, including shared living rooms, a kitchen, garden and community manager.
Currently (phase 2) EarthY, in collaboration with the municipality of Soest, Amvest, Deltavormgroep and other project partners, is further developing a nature-inclusive residential environment (with regular residential program), i.c.m. construction of the estate and nature. Appropriate to the scenic character and natural values of the surrounding area.
